Fees 

Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence mediation fees 

4-hour mediation – £2,500 plus VAT 

8-hour mediation – £3,300 plus VAT 

The fees are to be split equally between the parties unless they agree an alternative arrangement (for example a defendant may agree to pay the whole fee where liability has been admitted). 

The fees include: 

• pre-mediation on-line meetings with each party representative; 
• reading of the mediation bundle (additional fees may be charged as agreed when lengthy bundles are provided); 
• on-line or in person mediation  

Additional hours (beyond 4 or 8) are charged at £275/hour plus VAT. 

Travel expenses are charged in addition for in person mediations.
