We are delighted to welcome Julienne Vernon, Head of Dispute Resolution and Quality at NHS Resolution, as the guest speaker of our webinar on ‘The NHS Resolution Mediation Scheme’ on 26th April 2023, 1.00-2.00pm.
Julienne will be joined on the panel by three of our senior mediators, Tim Wallis (Chair of Trust Mediation), Paul Balen and Phil Hesketh. Julienne will be sharing her thoughts and observations on the success of the mediation scheme for personal injury and medical negligence disputes which was launched in 2016. Trust Mediation is one of the scheme’s selected providers of specialist mediators.
The webinar will be suitable for anybody interested in the resolution of personal injury and clinical negligence claims. The NHS Resolution mediation scheme covers personal injury and clinical negligence cases so all practitioners are welcome.
Although there will be an opportunity to submit questions on the day, we will be dealing with pre-submitted questions first.
