I have presented training with Northern Dispute Resolutions as well as NHS in-house mediations and have been involved in delivering mediation training as both a visiting lecturer and an external examiner for the  University of Malta since 2012.

I believe that my empathic, down to earth and grounded approach along with my excellent communication skills give me the vision and insight needed to know where the common ground exists for the most favourable outcomes for all concerned.
