I have extensive experience in clinical negligence gained from over 30 years of specialising in this area. I became an AVMA Panel member in 1996 and a Law Society clinical negligence panel member in September 2002. I am currently a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, with accredited status as a Fellow and Clinical Negligence specialist.

I headed up the catastrophic injury clinical negligence team at Slater and Gordon in Chester and dealt with serious cases, including spinal and brain/birth injury claims on a daily basis.

As a mediator I have acted with parties regularly for 20 years to resolve inheritance disputes, including will validity disputes, Inheritance Act 1975 claims and administration disputes. As a result, I have built up considerable expertise in both the complex issues of law and the personal relationships involved. “
