ADR Process Design
We have considerable experience in designing bespoke ADR processes for the personal injury, insurance and clinical negligence sector. The processes we have delivered on include mediation, evaluation and arbitration. We have worked with claimant lawyers, defendant lawyers and insurers. We are currently working on Fast Track, Intermediate Track, Multi Track and Legal Expenses Insurers schemes.
Bespoke ADR Services
Most of our work relates to Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims. Many of our ADR Neutrals (mediators, evaluators and arbitrators) have significant experience outside the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence sectors. A number of them have judicial and or international experience. We also have ADR Neutrals whose specialism lies totally outside the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence sectors. This means that Bespoke ADR Services can offer a premium dispute resolution service, which leans on our expertise and contacts in the dispute resolution field, to provide independent neutrals who comply with our USP of providing neutrals with specialist knowledge of the field where the dispute arises. The fields we cover are many and varied. They include, for example:
- healthcare
- life sciences
- biotechnology
- pharmaceuticals
- marine and marine insurance
- travel /holiday/cruise
