ADR Process Design
We have considerable experience in designing bespoke ADR processes for the personal injury, insurance and clinical negligence sector. The processes we have delivered on include mediation, evaluation and arbitration. We have worked with claimant lawyers, defendant lawyers and insurers. We are currently working on Fast Track, Intermediate Track, Multi Track and Legal Expenses Insurers schemes.
Bespoke ADR Services
Most of our work relates to Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims. Many of our ADR Neutrals (mediators, evaluators and arbitrators) have significant experience outside the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence sectors.
