Our concierge enquiry service will help you plan and set up your mediation or other ADR process. Whether the dispute involves two parties or a number of parties, just get in touch and we will:
- provide you with details of appropriate ADR neutrals (be they mediators, evaluators or arbitrators),
- list their up to date availability,
- help with the logistics and
- “hold your hand” through the entire set-up process.
The service includes:
- providing and operating an online platform;
- recommending venues for in-person mediations,
- providing the mediation/ADR agreement and
- if required, a repository for the documentation.
Free to the point of booking
All we need to know is:
- a broad indication of the work type area and the nature of the dispute or claims
- the format (online/in person)
- if in person, the city or town
- the amount claimed (or, if not a money claim, the type of issue)
- the likely time required – one day, more, or less
- the identity of parties and
- confirmation each has agreed to participate in an ADR process (or at least agreed to consider doing so).
