I qualified as a Mediator in 2003 and have, since then, handled a wide variety of personal injury disputes including catastrophic injuries, incidents abroad, insurance indemnity issues, trespass to the person, multi-party disputes and costs. I have been described as having a calm and level-headed approach to complex disputes.
Personal Injury Experience:
I qualified as a Barrister in 1999. My bar practice includes a broad range of personal injury services. Prior to this I spent 4 years working at Davies Arnold Cooper handling high value defendant insurance personal injury claims in their Road Traffic, EL, PL and Fatal/Catastrophic departments.
I am Head of Costs at Clerksroom offering specialised costs representation. I am also a course tutor on mediation and mediation related courses for London School of Mediation both in the United Kingdom and internationally.
