NHS Mediation Services - Mediation & Conflict Resolution

NHS Resolution Mediation Scheme

Trust Mediation has been appointed by NHS Resolution to provide specialist independent mediation to resolve personal injury and clinical negligence claims.

What?

Mediation is a way to resolve clinical negligence and personal injury claims without the delay, cost, uncertainty and stress of going to court.

How?

The claimant selects the mediator from Trust Mediation’s panel of NHS Resolution approved specialist personal injury and clinical negligence mediators (listed below). Alternatively you can ask Trust Mediation to appoint the mediator.

NHS Resolution will consider your request for mediation and, if they agree the case is suitable, Trust Mediation will contact both sides to agree a convenient date and venue.

Why Trust Mediation?

All the Trust Mediation panel members are experienced mediators and personal injury and/or clinical negligence litigators or medical professionals. They have a proven track record, since 2008, of settling on average 80% of cases referred to them, including cases where a joint settlement meeting has been tried and failed.
